In a world with increasing activity on the mergers and acquisition space, investments in globalization, market expansion and booming stock markets, financial instruments have become of prime importance for companies. Recent volatility in the financial markets due to events like the sub-prime crises or even fears of a slowing economy or interest rate risks get amplified due to the connected world philosophy.
